Large Fire Reported Atop Mountain In Westmoreland County
LIGONIER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A large wildfire was reported in Westmoreland County Saturday evening.
According to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, around 20 acres of land was burning on top of Laurel Mountain near Route 30 in Ligonier Township.

Reports of the flames came in around 6:30 and firefighters were still battling the fire hours later.
There were no reported injuries.
Equipment and firefighters from Westmoreland, Somerset, Cambria and Indiana counties were called in to battle the flames.
A video sent to KDKA showed a helicopter flying over the wooded area with a large bucket attached.
