PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A repeat Megan’s Law violator is behind bars.

According to the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office, Daniel Eagleson, 43, was arrested in Garfield on Wednesday.

On April 5, Eagleson was charged with failing to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements.

A bench warrant for his arrest was obtained for a violation of his parole on April 15. On Wednesday, police learned he might be staying at a home in the 5000 block of Dearborn Street.

Deputies saw him walking toward the residence and took him into custody without incident. Eagleson was transported to the Allegheny County Jail, where he is being held without bond.

This was the third time in a year he has been charged. Eagleson was convicted in August 2015 and had charges withdrawn for a second offense two months later.
