Mental Hospital Patient Found After Escape

DERRY, Pa. (KDKA/AP) - A patient who escaped from a western Pennsylvania mental hospital has been found.

Trooper Stephen Limani says 33-year-old Muhammad Moore fled Torrance State Hospital about 7 p.m. Monday. He was found and returned to the facility shortly after noon on Tuesday.

Moore is not in the hospital for committing a crime, and was considered missing and endangered because of his mental health issues and difficulty in social environments.
