PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Nothing will keep Pirates player Ryan Vogelsong away from PNC Park, not even taking a pitch straight to the head.
The player's wife Nicole Vogelsong tweeted that he went "straight from the hospital to the game."

Vogelsong was recovering at Allegheny General Hospital after being hit in the head by a pitch in the second inning of Monday's game against the Rockies.
