Contractors Rescue Cats From 3-Alarm Fire In Troy Hill
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Firefighters rushed to Troy Hill Saturday for a three-alarm fire.
It happened around 5:30 p.m. in the 1100-block of Goettman Street.
Contractors reportedly spotted the smoke and alerted the family inside before rushing back in to rescue two cats.
Upon arrival, firefighters found fire in a residence that was quickly spreading to a structure behind it.

The flames were under control by 7 p.m., but the residence was heavily damaged.
Four people were displaced by the fire.
One firefighter was treated for dehydration.
