Police: Child Found 'Heroin Shooting Kit' On Ground In Bridgeville

BRIDGEVILLE (KDKA) -- Bridgeville Police are warning parents not to let their children pick up items laying on the ground, after something sinister was found.

On Monday, the department posted a picture to social media showing a "heroin shooting kit," that a small child found on Washington Avenue.

The "kit," was complete with heroin, needles, tie straps and cooking tins.

"As an added bonus it even comes with two boxes of Narcan in the event you happen to overdose," they wrote.

The people who dropped the items probably won't get very far.

"Chris and Melissa, your full names are on the boxes of Narcan prescription. Looks like The Bridgeville Police Department will be contacting you."
