NEW CASTLE (KDKA) — Police say a woman opened fire outside a New Castle gas station on Sunday.

According to a criminal complaint, it happened around 4:30 p.m. at the Market 24 Food Mart on East Washington Street.

Officers say Staicy R. Fusco, 38, shot Kenneth Kelly after an argument in the parking lot.

She told police that Kelly and another man were trading blows, and she felt threatened.

Kelly was flown to the UPMC Presbyterian. There is no word on his condition.

Officials say Fusco did have a concealed carry permit for the weapon, a pink and black handgun,
