WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (AP) – Authorities in central Pennsylvania say a 4-year-old child died after being left in a car for several hours in downtown Williamsport.

The child, whose identity and gender weren’t released, was rushed to Williamsport Regional Medical Center but was pronounced dead on arrival.
