CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (AP) – Pennsylvania state police say a hospital patient was threatening workers with a knife and turned the weapon on responding officers, who shot and killed the man.
Trooper Robert Hicks says the ordeal started around 8 a.m. Thursday at Chambersburg Hospital, about 50 miles south of Harrisburg, where state police responded to reports of an armed patient threatening workers.READ MORE: PTL Links: Dec. 6, 2021

He says officers then shot and killed the man.
No one else was hurt.
