OIL CITY (KDKA) — A bench displaying a religious quote will be removed from an Oil City park.

ExploreClarion reports the American Atheists Legal Center requested that the bench, located at Justus Park, be  changed.  They claimed the display violates the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which states that “Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion.”
