Scott Township Police K-9 Officer Dies

SCOTT TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- Sunday was a sad day for the Scott Township Police Department.

K-9 officer Lord passed away due to complications with a tumor, according to the Scott Township Police Facebook page.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with Officer McGrath and his family in this time of mourning," the post read, in part.

This comes one day after retired Monroeville Police Department K-9 officer Rocco died.
