Fire Forces 6 People From McKeesport Home
McKEESPORT (KDKA) --- Six people escaped a fire early Monday morning at a home in McKeesport.
Emergency personnel were called to the 1000 block of Hartman Avenue around 1:32 a.m. The fire was quickly brought under control. Little damage was apparent from outside the home.
A fire official said it appears the fire originated in the kitchen.
The Red Cross was assisting those who were displaced. A dog also escaped the fire.
