Chinese Foot Massage Parlor Raided In Prostitution Bust, 3 Arrested

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – Police raided a Chinese foot massage parlor near the intersection of Routes 19 and 228 in Cranberry Township on Wednesday.

Now, three employees are facing prostitution charges.

Police say two women, Di Xu, 41, and Jing Wang, 46, are behind bars with a bail set at $250,000.

Court documents say a third woman, Ailian Chen, is also facing multiple charges, but she's currently in the hospital.

Police say they have been investigating alleged prostitution at Chinese Foot Massage parlor in Cranberry Township since the beginning of June.

"We've had numerous complaints for some time so we started an investigation several weeks to several months ago and this was a combination of the investigation and was serving the search warrant," said Sgt. Chuck Mascellino with Cranberry Township Police.

Court papers show that Ailian Chen is one of the owners of the parlor. The business has been on Dutilh Road since 2005.

Police say there's been a large amount of suspicious activity at the parlor and observed at least 50 men secretively entering and exiting the massage parlor on various occasions. Police went undercover to see what was going on.

On two separate occasions, police say Xu made sexual advances at the detectives in exchange for money. Detectives raided the business on Wednesday.

"There were several employees on site at the time," Mascellino said.

After raiding the Chinese parlor, police officers also found multiple handguns and rifles inside. More than $100,000 in cash was found, and police confiscated other items they believe were used for prostitution.

Amy Wadas: "What kinds of items?"

Sgt. Chuck Mascellino: "Beds. Anything that could've been used for the furtherance of prostitution."
