Police Seek Help In Identifying Man Stealing Mail From Oakland Apartment Building

OAKLAND (KDKA) -- Police need help identifying a man who stole mail from an Oakland apartment building in October.
The man was caught on camera stealing a package from an apartment building in the 200 block of Melwood Avenue.
Police posted surveillance footage on Facebook in the hopes that someone would be able to identify the man.
