Police Seeking Help Identifying Man Accused Of Breaking Into Cars In Rochester Township

ROCHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) – Police in Beaver County are hoping to get the public's help identifying a man who they say has been breaking into cars in Rochester Township.
