1 Dead, 2 Injured In Washington County Crash

WEST ALEXANDER (KDKA) – One person was killed and two others were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Washington County.
According to police, the crash happened near the intersection of Route 40 and Liberty Street in West Alexander around 5:45 a.m. on Friday.

Leland Mackey, 47, of Bethany, West Virginia, was pronounced dead at the scene and was the lone occupant of his vehicle. He was also not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
Two people in the other vehicle were taken to a hospital, but their conditions are unknown.
