Police Find Gunshot Victim Dead In Street In East Liberty

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police found a body in East Liberty after responding to a call for a medical emergency on Monday evening.

The victim was found with a gunshot wound to the chest on the 100 block of Enright Court.

The Allegheny County medical examiner's office identified the victim as 37-year-old Norman Clarence Manuel.
