Emergency Crews Investigating Fire In Collier Twp. Industrial Complex

COLLIER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) – Emergency crews are on the scene at an industrial complex on Mayer Street in Collier Township on Monday evening.

The Kirwan Heights Fire Department was alerted to a commercial structure fire. When crews arrived on scene, they found a gas fed fire with a milling machine and control pulpit involved. Crews kept the fire in check while the gas was isolated. The incident was quickly placed under control.

The complex houses businesses called Carpenter Power Products and Universal Stainless.
