Police: Missing Man Has Been Located
NEW CASTLE (KDKA) - Police in New Castle say they located a man that has been missing for several days.

Sunday morning the New Castle Police Department posted to Facebook saying that officers learned Richard Mulzet has been safely located.
The 57-year-old man was missing for a week.
