Pedestrian Struck By Port Authority Bus In Downtown Pittsburgh
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A pedestrian was struck by a Port Authority bus in Downtown Pittsburgh on Monday.
It happened just after 9:30 p.m. at Seventh Street and Liberty Avenue outside the Wood Street T station.
Port Authority officials say the female pedestrian was alert and conscious after the accident.
She was transported to a local hospital with neck and shoulder injuries.
According to Port Authority, her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Port Authority Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
