Cyclist Struck By SUV, Injured In Mt. Washington

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A man on a bicycle was struck by a vehicle Sunday morning.

The cyclist was struck by on the corner of Grandview and Hallock Street in Mt. Washington at 10:10 a.m., according to Allegheny County 911 dispatchers.

Witnesses said the man sustained injuries.

They described the car that struck him as a silver SUV.

Authorities say the man was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Officials did not say how the accident occurred.
