B-52 Bomber To Make Surprise Appearance At Westmoreland County Airshow
LATROBE, Pa. (KDKA) - A B-52 Bomber will make a surprise appearance at Westmoreland County Airshow this Sunday, passing over the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport three times.
The Royal Canadian Air Force Snowbirds, a military aerobatics team, will headline the show both Saturday and Sunday.
So, don't be alarmed if you see low-flying aircrafts this Memorial Day weekend. The 911th Airlift Wing's C-17 Globemaster III will be preforming its first flyovers for several local communities.
You'll be able to catch sight of the aircraft anytime between 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
The Westmoreland County Airshow gates will open at 7:30 a.m., and the event begins at 10:30 a.m.
