UPDATE, 7:16 p.m.: A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for northwestern Allegheny County. Impacted locations are Cranberry, Moon Townhisp, Weirton, Butler, Franklin Park, Aliquippa, Beaver Falls and Monaca.
