Police Respond To Hit, Run In West Franklin Township
WORTHINGTON, Pa. (KDKA) - Police responded to a hit and run in Armstrong County, and DUI charges are pending.
State Police say the suspect fled the scene on Craigsville Road before they arrived.
They say the suspect crashed again on Hindman Hill Road, about a mile away from the first incident.
Their report says the suspect was a juvenile.
They took a blood sample and charges are pending based on lab results.
