2 Transported After Tractor-Trailer Goes Over Hillside On Route 31
DONEGAL TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- Two people were transported to the hospital after a tractor-trailer went over a hillside on Route 31.
Westmoreland County officials confirmed emergency crews are on the scene Tuesday night after the vehicle went over the hillside near Route 381 in Donegal Township.
The call came in at approximately 7:40 p.m.
