Bridge Removal Work To Begin August 26 In West Deer

WEST DEER (KDKA) -- Work is scheduled to begin at the intersection of Lick Road and Bairdford Road in West Deer Monday, August 26.

Crews will be eliminating Dawson Run Bridge No. 6, realigning the road and installing a stop sign.

This project is estimated to last until November.

Work will take place between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on weekdays and short stoppages are to be expected in the area. Crews will also have flaggers to control traffic.
