Former Point Park Coach Files Federal Lawsuit Against University
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A former track coach at Point Park University says he was discriminated against because he's gay.
Kelly Parsley has filed a federal lawsuit against the university.
He says the dean of students and a freshman schemed to get him fired by encouraging student athletes to make false complaints against him.
The university dismissed parsley earlier this year.
Point Park is not commenting on the lawsuit.
