Police: Man Admits To Performing Sexual Act In Westmoreland Mall's Parking Lot
GREENSBURG, Pa. (KDKA) -- Police charged a man who was allegedly performing a sexual act in the parking lot of the Westmoreland Mall.
Officers questioned Brennan Touchet, and he admitted to the act.
Officers charged him and released him.
He is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct.
