LANCASTER COUNTY (KDKA) — Two men are in the hospital with serious injuries after they were stabbed by a man on a Greyhound bus from Pittsburgh to New York.

Philip Giletto, 31, is accused of stabbing three people on the bus.

State police arrested him along the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Lancaster County.

Officials said there was a dispute on the bus and Giletto stabbed a man from Brooklyn, a man from Las Vegas and a woman from Massachusetts.
