Reports say the row house was under construction when it caught fire.

The blaze forced nearby neighbors out of their homes. One person told KDKA he grabbed what he could and rushed outside.

"I grabbed my laptop and I grabbed my money and I was outside and I saw some people walking home -- maybe from the bar -- and they saw the flames through the window next door, and I was like, 'oh my God,'" he said.

No one was hurt and neighbors were later cleared to return to their homes.

A cause for the fire is still under investigation.
