Officials say the shooting was on the 100 block of Ivy Street on Friday.

According to Allegheny County Police, the 17-year-old victim drove his car to a nearby residence in the 500 block of Tongalucas Street. When the victim got out of his car, he encountered two men. One of the men shot the victim, and he, as well as his accomplice, stole the victim's car and fled to Turtle Creek Borough.

Police are currently searching for the suspects who are at large with the vehicle, which may contain heavy to moderate front end damage.

The missing vehicle is described as a green Toyota Camry with registration HPV-4328.

A victim was temporarily treated for his injuries on a neighbor's front step before being transported to a local hospital.

The neighbor said he heard eight shots and saw a car speeding away when he ran outside.

He believes the shooting victim first ran inside another house but then ended up right at his doorstep.

Officials say the victim was treated for gunshot wounds to his stomach and right shoulder.

The call came in around 8:47 p.m.
