Crash Shuts Down Route 28 South Near Highland Park Bridge
ASPINWALL, Pa. (KDKA) - Route 28 South is shut down due to a crash by the Highland Park Bridge.
Allegheny County says first responders are on the scene of an accident on Route 28.
