COLUMBIA, S.C. (CBS News) - After a third-place finish in South Carolina, billionaire Tom Steyer announced he is dropping out of the presidential race.
Steyer made the announcement to supporters on Saturday night.
The announcement comes after former Vice President Joe Biden won the South Carolina primary.
