Coronavirus Changes: Uber, Lyft Change Shared Ride Policy
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - In an effort to stop the spread of coronavirus, Uber and Lyft are both suspending pool-ride services.
Both of the companies have said they want to make sure riders are safe.
The policy change is only applied to shared rides.
Drivers are still able to pick up individual riders.
