Coronavirus Cancellation: Castle Shannon Cancels Memorial Day Parade
CASTLE SHANNON (KDKA) -- The borough of Castle Shannon is canceling its Memorial Day parade due to coronavirus.
"Due to ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, this year's Castle Shannon Community Day and Memorial Day parade have been cancelled," the borough said on Facebook.
Castle Shannon joins other communities like West View, South Hills and Monroeville in canceling Memorial Day parades.
