Firefighters Rescue Fisherman From Linden Creek
CANONSBURG (KDKA) - A man was trying to fish in a creek in Washington County on Thursday when he needed to be rescued.
According to the North Strabane Fire Department, the man slid down an embankment and into Linden Creek, located off of Galley Road.
Acting quickly, firefighters used ladders and ropes to pull him back up the hill.
He was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
