Two Women Charged With Throwing Water Bottles At Police Officers In East Liberty
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police charged two women with throwing water bottles at them in East Liberty on Monday night.
Natalie Lewis and Abigail Rubio were on a fourth floor balcony at the Essex House apartments on Centre Avenue.
Rubio sent KDKA video from the balcony, showing police marching down the street.
