Man Convicted Of Stealing From Church Now Charged With Tax Fraud

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - A man that is currently serving time in prison for stealing from his church is now being charged with tax fraud.
David Reiter is serving up to 20 years for stealing more than a million dollars while he was working as an administrator for Westminster Presbyterian Church in Upper St. Clair.
According to the U.S. Attorney, Reiter failed to pay employment taxes and filed false personal income tax returns.
