Dog Adopted After Nearly 2 Years At Butler County Animal Shelter

BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. (KDKA) -- Every dog has its day — and Saturday was Comet's day.
The Butler County Humane Society said Comet was adopted after waiting nearly two years. The dog was at the shelter for 22 months.
"He has found his best friends in life and even gets to enjoy many car rides with his new dad. Our hearts couldn't be happier for Comet and his success story," the shelter posted on Facebook.
