PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Police have charged a suspect in a home invasion that left his alleged accomplice dead.

They say Tieriq Pinnix fired his gun as he ran from the house on Penn Avenue in August.

Police say a search of Pinnix’s cell phone showed it was in the area of the shooting that night.
