According to Shell, 42 employees have tested positive for COVID-19.

MONACA, Pa. (KDKA) – Dozens of workers at the Shell Cracker Plant in Beaver County have tested positive for coronavirus.

According to data from the plant – there are now 42 active cases.

Shell says they do not plan to shut down the project.

Since the start of the pandemic, 84 workers have recovered from COVID-19 and returned to work.
