Downtown Pittsburgh Partnership To Provide Meals To Those In Need

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - The Downtown Pittsburgh Partnership, local restaurants, and 412 Food Rescue are teaming up to help Pittsburghers in need.
A program that will use $1.5 million from the Richard King Mellon Foundation to provide thousands of meals to those in need.
Local restaurants will make the meals and in exchange will receive $5,000 per week to help cover costs for supplies and employee pay.
