Pirates Name Tony Leo As Assistant Athletic Trainer

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - The Pirates announced on Monday that they have named Tony Leo the team's major league Assistant Athletic Trainer.
Leo comes to the Pirates after serving as the Infection Control Prevention Coordinator for the Oakland Athletics during the 2020 season.
Before that, Leo was with the Minnesota Twins organization for 23 seasons, most recently as the Head Athletic Trainer at the major league level in 2018 and 2019.
