Pittsburgh Police Safely Locate Missing 85-Year-Old Woman Elaine Coles

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Pittsburgh Police say they have located a missing 85-year-old woman, Elaine Coles.
According to police, Coles went missing on Tuesday, January 5 around 3:30 p.m. in Windgap as she was heading to Ingram.
