Randolph's body was found dead inside her vehicle on Friday.

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. (KDKA) — A Fayette County woman who had been reported missing in Morgantown was found dead.

Thirty-two-year-old Alexa Randolph was reported missing on Thursday.

Police say Randolph’s vehicle was found in the parking lot of the Walmart on Hornbeck Road. They found her body inside the cargo area of the vehicle.

The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Office is investigating her death as a homicide.

There’s no word on the cause of her death.
