PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- An advocacy group gave Pennsylvania a failing grade when it comes to coronavirus testing.
PennPIRG gave the state's efforts an "F." A report from the group shows Pennsylvania is doing about 433 tests per 100,000 people as of late January.
It says the state should be aiming to test 1,900 people. The group wants lawmakers to find another $50 billion in funding.
