Women Facing Charges After 2 Young Boys Found Wandering Alone In Allegheny County

ELIZABETH, Pa. (KDKA) -- Two women are facing charges after two kids were found wandering alone.
Police say the 4-year-old and 8-year-old boys were walking a dog on Bunola River Road in Elizabeth on Saturday.
The boys' mother, Danielle Torbich, told police her friend, Danyelle Washington, was supposed to be watching the boys.
Police say the boys were about a mile away from their home.
