PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Heinz History Center will host sensory friendly days later this month to mark Autism Awareness Month.

The days will be held on April 18 and April 19.

The History Center says it will offer an experience featuring lighting adjustments, quieting sudden or loud sounds, and designated rest spaces.

Admission will be free for people with Autism spectrum disorder or sensory processing differences, plus one caregiver.
