First Peregrine Falcon Chick Hatches At Pitt's Cathedral Of Learning Nest

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The National Aviary announced that the first Peregrine Falcon chick has hatched at Pitt's Cathedral of Learning nest on Sunday.

The hatching happened around 3:09 a.m. Sunday morning.

Three other eggs are expected to hatch soon.

The National Aviary says the four eggs were laid between March 18 and March 24.
