4 Airlifted To Hospital After Head-On Crash In Westmoreland County

WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. (KDKA) -- Four people were airlifted to the hospital after a head-on crash in Westmoreland County.
The crash happened Thursday at Route 31 and Caddyshack Lane in Donegal Township.
No update was provided on the conditions of the victims.
Police are investigating.
